Another citywide Cityworks AMS implementation and another excited Oklahoma client!  NewEdge Services is working to implement Cityworks AMS for Shawnee, Oklahoma in late spring of 2022.  The implementation includes the departments within the Shawnee Municipal Authority, which are:

  • Public Works Administration
  • Line Maintenance
  • Utility Billing / Customer Service
  • Water / Wastewater Treatment Plants
  • Street Maintenance
  • Traffic Operations (Signs/Signals/Markings)
  • Fleet Maintenance
  • Facilities Maintenance

As well as other City departments including Parks and Recreation, Emergency Management, and Warehouse Management (Cityworks Storeroom).  The project also includes integrating the City’s InCode Utility Billing Software with Cityworks.
